Users and customers of services provided by Jongly must accept the terms and conditions outlined below.

By using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Jongly reserves the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current Terms of Service. If you fail to comply with these terms, your service may be terminated.

Domain Registration and Use

Jongly does not guarantee the availability or registration of your desired domain name until you receive confirmation of its registration. The registration and use of your domain name are subject to the terms set by the relevant naming authority (e.g., ICANN for .COM/NET/ORG, Nominet for .UK). It is your responsibility to understand and comply with these terms. Jongly will not be liable for any refusal by the naming authority to register your domain name. All registration fees are non-refundable, even if your domain registration request is denied.

Jongly will not be involved in any disputes over the use of a domain name between you and any third party. Jongly reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel a domain name at its discretion and will not release any domain to another provider unless full payment has been received.

Service Charges and Payment

All service charges are detailed on our website and must be paid in advance. If you fail to pay any charges when due, Jongly may suspend or terminate your service without notice. You agree to indemnify and hold Jongly harmless from any breach of these terms or claims arising from your use of our services.

If you fail to correct a breach of these terms within seven (7) days of receiving written notice, Jongly may terminate your service immediately. In cases of insolvency, liquidation, or similar financial instability, Jongly may terminate the agreement without notice.

Upon termination or suspension of services, Jongly reserves the right to block your website and delete all associated data. At its discretion, Jongly may allow you to retrieve your data within a specified period, provided all outstanding payments have been made.

Information We Collect

Jongly collects information through:

  • Account registration (e.g., name, address, contact information).
  • Third-party accounts linked to our services.
  • Communication with our support team.
  • Details of transactions related to service orders.

Jongly does not store financial information; instead, this data is handled by third-party payment processors. We may collect additional information during your website visits, such as your IP address and usage data.

Use of Information

Jongly uses your information for:

  • Transaction processing and customer support.
  • Improving our services.
  • Analyzing service usage.
  • Fraud prevention and detection.
  • Enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
  • Sending service announcements and offers via email/SMS/push notifications.

Jongly will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties except as required by law, during business transactions, or with service providers who agree to keep your information confidential.

Data Management

You can update your data through our client area or by contacting support. You may request data export or deletion, subject to compliance with legal and financial obligations.

Communication

Jongly may contact you regarding your orders or for marketing purposes if you have opted in. Communication may occur through email, SMS, or other methods.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our service, contact support for resolution. Refunds are available within 30 days of service initiation, excluding domain names, SSL certificates, and other non-refundable services. Refunds for VPS or Dedicated servers are not available, and accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds. Credits on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for future purchases.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

If service uptime falls below 98% in any given month, you may request a one-month service credit within seven (7) days of the incident. Planned maintenance is not covered by the SLA.

Free Domain Conditions

A free domain is available with hosting packages for a minimum term of three (3) months. Domains cannot be transferred to another host or client within this period. If hosting is canceled before three (3) months, Jongly reserves the right to cancel or resell the domain.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered electronically upon successful payment. If there are any delays, Jongly will inform you via email or phone. Services are available 24/7, and our support team aims to respond within one hour of inquiry.

Backup and Data Preservation

Jongly maintains backups for internal use only in the event of a server failure or disaster recovery. Customers are responsible for their own data backups. Jongly does not guarantee the availability or restorability of backup data. For VPS, VDS, and Dedicated server customers, no default backup options are provided, and backup solutions must be arranged separately.

General Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all individuals or entities using Jongly’s services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Grounds for Suspension and Termination

Jongly may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Hosting illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spamming).
  • Misusing or abusing service resources.
  • Using the service for unauthorized purposes.

Jongly reserves the right to take action against any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or performance of our services.

Liability and Warranty

Jongly provides services on an “as is, as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Jongly is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
